Accounts that remain inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. All transactions on the Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM). The minimum deposit amount is RM50 unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method or promotion.
You may only deposit funds from payment accounts or instruments registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source will be returned to the source account, and the depositing account may be subject to review.
Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods previously used for deposit or to verified accounts in your own name. If a sporting event is cancelled, abandoned, or postponed, bets placed on that event will be voided and the stake returned to the player's account, unless the event is rescheduled and completed within 48 hours of the original scheduled start time, or unless specific sport rules state otherwise.
Live in-play betting is available on selected events. The speed of internet connections and market feed delays may affect the odds displayed during in-play betting. Aone88 is not liable for decisions made based on delayed or interrupted data feeds. Live betting markets may be suspended or removed at any time at the Company's discretion.
In the event of a manifest error in odds pricing, casino game malfunction, or any technical fault, Aone88 reserves the right to void any affected bets or game rounds and return stakes to players. VIP tier status, cashback rates, and associated benefits are subject to change at Aone88's discretion. VIP Programme terms do not constitute a contractual entitlement to any specific reward level unless individually confirmed by the Company in writing.
Aone88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time with or without prior notice. Any such changes will not affect bets or bonus obligations already accepted prior to the change.
